In 2011 Marcus Tallhamn and I set out with a mission to create happiness at work. We called the company Otelic after the term "autotelic" which means "driven by purpose".
We wanted to help people find and share work that was deeply meaningful to them.
We went through many different ideas and implementations before life took us beyond Otelic which is now retired. I still love the ideas we worked on and cherish their influence on my life.
